Ordenix is a mobile application available for Android and iOS devices, designed for managing orders, customers, products, and inventory, among others. The application offers a free version and a premium monthly subscription version with additional features.
The goal of the Services is to optimize and digitize business management. Arcano Studio is not responsible for how each user uses the information managed in the application.

To access certain features of Ordenix, the user must create a personal account. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials, as well as all activities performed under their account.
The user agrees to immediately notify Arcano Studio of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach.

Subscription payments are processed through Google Play Store or App Store, in accordance with the terms of those platforms. The subscription will renew automatically unless the user cancels it with due notice prior to the end of the current period.

All intellectual property rights related to the Ordenix application, including logos, design, software, source code, databases, and content, are exclusively owned by Arcano Studio or are licensed by third parties that authorize it.
The user does not acquire any intellectual property rights through the use of the Services.
The user acknowledges and accepts that, by using Ordenix, Arcano Studio may collect, store, process, and use personal data from both the user and the customers that the user incorporates into the application.
This data may be processed directly by Arcano Studio or by third-party service providers, always in compliance with applicable legislation on personal data protection.
The user declares that they have the necessary consent from their customers to share and process their data within the application.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ARCANO STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR HARM RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO THE SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARCANO STUDIO'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE SUM OF FEES OR PAYMENTS RECEIVED IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES DURING THE THREE (3) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE LIABILITY CLAIM.
Ordenix services are provided "as is" without any representation or warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Without limiting the foregoing, Arcano Studio specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Arcano Studio does not warrant that the services will be accurate, reliable, or correct; that the services will meet your needs; that they will be available at all times or without interruption; that defects or errors will be corrected; or that they will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
Arcano Studio does not guarantee, endorse, or assume responsibility for products or services offered or advertised by third parties through the services.
Arcano Studio may modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing a "revised version" on the website or through the services. The revised version will take effect at the time of publication, and your continued use of the services will constitute acceptance.
Notices and statements may be published electronically via the website, push notifications, or email, and will be deemed received within 24 hours of their delivery or publication.
Arcano Studio may, at any time and for any reason, suspend or cancel the user's account, modify or remove features, or terminate these terms.
The user may deactivate their Ordenix account at any time, which will result in the termination of these terms and conditions with respect to said account.
The user may cancel their Ordenix account at any time from within the application or by contacting Arcano Studio support. Cancellation implies the removal of access and associated data, except for those that must be retained by legal obligation.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where Arcano Studio is located (Argentina). Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country.
Arcano Studio may collect personal data from the user, including name, email address, billing information, and any information the user chooses to store in the application.
Likewise, it may collect technical information such as device, operating system, and application usage, in order to improve the Services.
